I am Madhu Bala Swaminathan, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at a reputed institution, with 3.5 years of experience in teaching, mentoring and student development. I hold a Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Power Electronics and Drives and am passionate about education, research, and lifelong learning.

My academic achievements include two patent publications and three international research publications, reflecting my commitment to innovation, knowledge creation and professional excellence. Throughout my academic career, I have had the opportunity to guide and mentor students from diverse backgrounds, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

As a Career Guidance Counselor associated with Edumilestones and the founder of Arivya, I strive to help students and young professionals gain clarity about their future. Through scientific psychometric assessments, personalized counseling, and structured career planning, I assist individuals in understanding their strengths, interests, aptitude and personality traits.
